Bad reception person

Location was good and room was okay but the service of the reception was terrible. We booked one room for two days and did the payment everything way before our stay. But while checking out we were told that they don't accept online payment and were forcing to pay again in cash. Very rude behaviour of the reception staff. We had to argue at the end of our trip which is not really expected.

Stayed there for a night. Noisy as it is right in the bustling traffic area. Staff were polite and helped us with basic information. Right across the road was the egyptian museum and we had to just cross the road. Rooms were decent size, bathroom was too cramped. Hot water worked perfectly. Breakfast provided was decent. Good thing was accessibility we had indian restaurants, egyptian restaurants which has koshiri, shwarma and even kfc, mcd were walkable distance.

It’s a decent budget hotel at the heart of the city. All the center of attractions are in reachable distance. Even the international airport is 20away. Egypt museum is just 100mtrs from the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Overall it’s a good hotel at affordable price.

If you are in Cairo for a day or 2 and you are mostly going to remain outside. This is the place for you. Centrally located and easily accessible from all across the city, and yes every cab driver and tour operator know this hotel. So you won't have trouble at all.

The staff at the hotel is super duper nice and helpful. They arranged for a pick up from the airport for us which was a good start to the trip and thereby it only got better. They were very helpful with all our queries and requests. Super polite and accommodating of all our needs. The Chen Mohammed would pay special attention to us at breakfast and that made us feel special. Best part about the hotel though, is the location and the view. It’s situated at the Center of the city,i.e Tahir square and is conveniently located from a lot of attractions. The Nile and the Egyptian Museum are visible form the hotel and are a short walk away. The whole of Tahir Square is visible from the balcony. It’s a great place to stay. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The economical price just adds to the fun.
