Bad experience

We had a terrible experience at the time of check out. We had an early morning flight hence we requested the front desk to settle our bills the previous evening. They had not recognized Makemytrip as an agency and asked us to pay for the accommodation. We had to show the MMT voucher to get that corrected. The front desk guy then apologized. To our horror, the next morning at 4:45 am the front desk guy again gave us the accommodation bill and refused to accept that this had been settled. He even had the audacity to say that I won't let you go till you settle the bill. It was only when he called the guy who was there the previous evening, he accepted that this had already been pre paid. Have never encountered such disgusting and rude staff ever across the globe.
