Location far away from metro Station

This Hotel where I was stay is far away from waterfront Canada line metro Station. Second thing rooms are not warmer in winter specially for low Budget single room double bedroom travellers. Hence there was equipment called radiator in my room but it was not working and bathroom as well as room size is tiny to not feel you comfortable. Surrounded area is also covered with baggers kind of people. Feel unsecured during late night outside roamers.

Terrible Stay

One if the worst hotels ever stayed in. The area is completely surrounded by drug peddlers. Whole night the police siren kept beating could sleep for a minute. Worst place. Would never recommend to stay at this hotel.

Budget hotel located in shady area of downtown

The area around the hotel is flooded with homeless people who seem to be under the influence of drugs. They are harmless though. The pricing of this hotel is half of the other properties which are located in decent locations. For solo travellers it's okay. They also offer simple continental breakfast included in the price.

I never stayed there as the location was too bad. I needed my refund if possible. Pathetic place. Or location. Very shady place seems the place was dangerous. One of worse hotel and even worse neighbourhood. I had to take another hotel.

Cheap hotel within downtown and everything within reach. For single person who is adventurous this hotel is best. Bus stop near by. Place for eating near by. Everything is within walking distance. You can come late on bus. Chinatown is very near by.

As with everyone I wasn't sure to step into this hotel because of its location. The location has people whom you would not come across in your daily life. But wait a minute we are not talking on the location here. Patricia has incredible people willing to serve you. The hotel's lobby looks pretty antique and you expect that for a 103 years old structure. Shaun, Paul, Noddy, you name anyone, everybody were on their toes to help me. The way they communicated should surprise any non English speaking traveller I suppose. Pats Pub in the basement has a lot of followers and you get some quality live band most of the days. The room I took was the cheapest yet I bet it should be sufficient for a bachelor. WiFi in my room was perfect. I recommend this place for backpackers and also couples if they are willing to avoid the east hastings street after dusk.
