Had a good stay, check in and check out was smooth and the hotel staff very helpful, cooperative and friendly. The hotel is right in the centre of the city so connectivity with taxi, tram and underground is great.

Hotel rooms have no Microwaves. Looks old. Lifts are poor looking. Seems like a 2 star hotel in centre location. Front desk is helpful. But hotel interiors look like some old building modified into a hotel. The food options are limited as well. Certainly not value for money.
