The location of property is really very good. But Food variety is very limited. Staff is very supportive but the rules of the property are quite awkward. I made a booking for 2 nights for a pool view room. However, I made another booking for additional night fir same catagory room. But was asked by the hotel that since I made booking last night they have to give this room to someone else and I shall be shifted to another room for which I had to pack all my bag and the. Keep it at the front office and again checked in. This is cumbersome exercise making simple things complex. In this month only I stayed for 6 nights in the hotel but felt the attitude step brotherly sometimes.
