We had to pay deposit of 5000Baht, the villa was so nice and clean. But the light keeps shutting down several times which they had to send engineer several times. Check was so late qt 3 which you have to consider while booking the flight. Location was great, food was not great.

Overall resort is okay. The main attraction is the pool room. Apart from pool, room size is quite small, doesn’t have closet space or free space to move around. Service was quite slow as well, had to call multiple times for every thing. Restaurant food is good otherwise. Breakfast spread can be improved and more vegetarian friendly options can be added.

Property is nice, view from the pool is great. The staff is very helpful and polite. If you are a vegetarian, breakfast options are very limited and not very nice, though dining menu offers good veg dishes, but not the breakfast. I felt duped only at one point where i got a normal room but had booked a partial sea view room. Though the room was nice, there was no view of the sea. So might want to keep that in mind while booking. The property is far away, so book only if you want to live in peace. If you want to stay close to the city, don’t go for it or you’ll end up paying just for the cab repeatedly.

Good hotel but very bad room

Resort is on a hill and 4. 5 kilometres from patong beach so you need to rely on taxis for coming or going anywhere. Our room location was very bad as there was no elevator and carrying baby stroller overtime was a pain. The view from the room was bad and you could not even make out where was the sea. Hotel and it's amenities are good but our rooms location was very very bad and disappointing. After we paid so much it was absolutely terrible.
