Staying at the historical queens Queen's Hotel, Kandy was an honor it is the closest abode that you can find to most of kinds cultural sites. The building is lovely and so are the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Three cheers to all them if I ever happen to visit Kandy again, will certainly be staying here.
Loved the staff they were extremely hospitable.

Excellent location, right in front of the Kandy lake and the tooth relic temple. The cultural show place, Kandy club is also close by and so is the mall. The Queen's Hotel, Kandy is a heritage by itself, symbol of Kandy. Only area to improve is the maintenance. It’s a vintage property, needs more care. The room was super huge and had a great view of the lake from its balcony.

Excellent location. Near Kandy lake and Temple of sacreed tooth. Shopping mall in walking distance. Very old Queen's Hotel, Kandy but well maintained. Food is good. Staff are polite. Overall a good family experience.

The staff is ill trained, lacking the hospitality that you would expect in classic Queen's Hotel, Kandys. The phone didn't work. Not a pleasant experience.
