The property is overlooking a hill. Very good hill views. The rooms are good and the food is also good. The staff is courteous . This hotel is a big property so no close by shops or eateries. Kandy city closes early so if you are in city centre better to leave early to go back.

Nice Hotel with lot of greenary around. Located on top of a hill… little far from city but worth it. We spent kore time at hotel rather than city I would have given 5 star rating but only Cons is No lift and very very small toilet. If you are tall, broad and big- it uncomfortable. Good vegetarian options

view from hotel is really good. breakfast for vegetarian hindu was limited and was not marked separately from non vegetarian items. only 2 water bottles were provided in the room which is way too less for 2 adults and 2 kids. atleast the basic necessity should be provided adequately.

A wonderful resort up the hill with a beautiful view from the balcony. The food is very bad in case you opt for alacarte. A good experience to go up the hill through a spiral drive. Pl carry your dinner with you in case you don't wanna have buffet as you will be disappointed with alacarte dinner

The entrance and common areas are definitely 5-star quality, but the rooms fall short of expectations. The washroom, in particular, only has a bathtub with no separate shower area, so you’re forced to bathe in the tub, which feels cramped. The lid of the toilet was loose, falling back repeatedly, and there was a clog in the water, though housekeeping responded promptly and resolved it. While the public spaces give a 5-star impression, the accommodations themselves don’t live up to that standard, and the property seems a bit dated. The reception also needs improvement, as you often have to follow up with them, and their standard response is to ask you to take a seat.
