The location was perfect, close to shopping. I felt completely at ease and well cared for during my stay.

Room is ok and bed, ac and rest room everything is good. But service very rude. Normally at reception we can see smile greeting or normal but here in rucksack inn very rude and terrible. My other roommates also have same experiences.

soloGud to see the started providing worthy cakes in mrng and initiative on providing toiletries are gud improvement. Aircon and locks of the room i stayed need to be inspected bathrooms and toilets need to be cleaned frequently as the users are more in numbers as usual check out time is too early
