First the location of the hotel is not mentioned properly on maps, had to walk 1 kilometers to find it. No lift, No help from staff to help with luggage. AC stopped working because of which had to change the room after having shift. Environment was not safe, lobby was filled with weird people. Only good thing was, The night receptionist was little bit understanding.

location is good its near bangla road but rooms are terrible elevator is so small that a you cant even carry big suitcases only one person with normal suitcase can be fit and that also sooo slow and u feel u stuck. No toothpaste or brush or soap in toilet, no telephone to call reception or housekeeping. AC was not working i went and complain at desk he told me cant be fixed today, cockroaches are in corridor. wardrobe has no shelf at all. book any other hotel at same price

The hotel owner denied the booking. Despite calling mm t service desk multiple times they didn’t provided any help. We have to spend extra time and money to book another hotel. Not recommending anyone to book through mm t for international tours.

First of all this is oyo. No facilities in hotel. Scary lift, made for 2 person, with open doors will take you to 4th floor in 10 minutes. No room facilities. No swimming pool. Book in case if you find less money.

Phuket stays in main Pa Tong area

The location of the hotel is superb, just 3-4 minutes walk to the main Bangla street and shopping centers. Rooms are a bit small but if you want to spend the time on the streets, book this as a smart choice and roam around the best areas in Pa Tong. Attend the evening Pub crawl and enjoy.

All hotel building doesn't have lift facility. Amenities was less in the hotel. Example. Tea water heater.
