Patong Bay residence is a good hotel but for Indians who are vegetarian there is very limited breakfast option available. Also when we asked for extra laundry bag at the front desk to keep the thing as it was raining that day, the person replied that we have camera installed and we cannot provide you the same which does not make any sense. No proper sign for swimming pool or gym is also mentioned.

The breakfast was good but had limited options. Housekeeping was poor. We had ask for a extra towel which was denied and there was charges if things were lost like if you.lose your 2nd key it will be charged 500 thb which was ridiculous. Also a single spoon lost was charged 40 thb . Overall location was good but these things need to be considered

I just stayed for half day so not major issue but don’t stay here the location is off beat no near by store or restaurants not a location where you get stuff easily. Room size is too small don’t get attracted by photos. Staff is very rude and arrogant had a very poor experience at the time of check in & check out. There are many better options available in same range

I must say it was beyond my expectations. I have been to phuket before , booked a place more expensive than this but it was nice place and in terms of experience and money, it was more suitable. We tried the breakfast. It was delicious but more variety in non-veg part though we were vegetarian but still food was good. The ambience was amazing and service too. The only thing made me dissatisfied was balcony. We booked for balcony room but view was pathetic as they offered the room in another building where balcony of no use. But room was quite spacious having all the amenities they mentioned. Worth the money
