Terrible Stay

The hotel was beautiful however the staff was not good at all very unprofessional they didn't even ask for water on arrival the hotel was full so we had to sit on the couch for more than 4 hours they didn't even bother to come and check. The hotel staff was arrogant, which spoiled our stay.
