The food was horrible, the staff is in decent, they charged 300bht from me just for a lipstick mark on it and charged 150bht for a breakage of one small glass. Horrible experience, will never recommend anyone to book this hotel

Terminal 21 mall, alcazar show, tiffany's show are in walking distance. Walking street is 2. 5 kms away. Beach is just 600 m away. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. I had a great and pleasant stay.

There was continuous loud sound coming in the room from ac duct or from somewhere from the walls which made it a nightmare to sleep at night. I asked for a room change but hotel didn’t have the room. My 3 nights stay was painful. Don’t stay here
