The location and room are good. A few problems we faced - 1. The door lock and bathroom lock were not working properly, they fixed it later. 2. Food was not up to the mark at all. Breakfast spread was limited. Vegetarian options were lacking in taste. 3. In general the service could be better.

The hotel upgraded us to suite which was really sweet of them. The rooms were very spacious and airy. Kids loved the living area for playing around. Also the hotel helped in arranging transport in a short time. Food was great here though limited options. Overall excellent experience and will suggest other people to stay here.

The Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida upgraded us to suite which was really sweet of them. The rooms were very spacious and airy. Kids loved the living area for playing around. Also the Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida helped in arranging transport in a short time. Food was great here though limited options. Overall excellent experience and will suggest other people to stay here.

Everything is perfect. Rooms and huge unlike other Bali places. Very good staff. very well maintained by the Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida staff. Good food, service. Location overlooking sea, infinity pool and some must go for this property. Thanks to MMT we got great deal on dual room booking.

Property’s location was good. The views were great. Two pools so we could pick and go to the one with less crowd. The spa service was great. Food options were there for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free was available but limited. They also help in arranging for return ferry and car pickup

one of the best resorts, i have visited till now. We stayed at the sea facing a two bedroom villa with a private pool. everything was par excellence be it cleanliness, room service or location. Thanks to MMT , for providing such a nice n beautiful property.

The property is very good. Location is awesome. Also if someone books this property, they should be aware that there is a ferry as well with semabu hills which will drop you to nearest port.
