Location is fair near to the airport but the main issue is in the property allotment of rooms. It is really scary at night to move around due to limited lights. average stay. Food is a big problem for vegetarians as they have just 1-2 options in the buffet for breakfast. Too many Mosquitos in the room and our room the AC was also down not working to its actual function. Location is good- near to airport and market place. Food is very good, tasty and ample variety. Nothing much in amenities, and overall stay was ok.

The hotel is located near sea and rear side has access to beach. but beach is not clean and no waves. has swimming pool and garden..The breakfast spread is huge but limited indian options. frequent ed by lot of indians.. rooms are clean and well maintained... replenishment of water bottles and toiletries for next day needs improvement.. staff is highly responsive.. u may take airport drop but at 150 k idr.. lot of indian restaurant at walking distance for dinner...

Property is located nearby sea & it is good property.we enjoyed the staying experience at Bintang Bali resort. I will recommend this place to everyone but one thing I felt that they are offering 2 water bottles in a day. Hence we have to purchase the water from outside. Also for Indian people breakfast options are very limited. Amenities are excellent and swimming pool is also very clean and comfortable for family and children. Room service was also great.

The hotel was good , the beach side wharf restaurant with live music was a nice experience 👌. The swimming pool was quite big with even jacuzzi but only active till 6 pm They provide a complementary photo service as well

Resort is very near to airport, city centre etc. Good is good and decent, Health club too is good. 👍👌

one of the best among in Bali, spacious, airy, wow swimming pool, all there as found v good. all stuff is sooo 👍

higher floors are good may be ... we were given the ground floor which was very damp and crappy for a five star

The resort is located very close to beach. Excellent breakfast. So many Indian food options near the resort. Very big resort with close proximity to the beach and shopping makes it a perfect spot. Breakfast options are huge. Overall 4.8 out of 5.

Bintang Bali offered a lovely resort experience with well-maintained rooms. The vegetarian food options were somewhat limited, but we managed. While the beach wasn't spectacular, the overall ambiance was enjoyable, has a large swimming pool can chill for a day. Suggest to carry mobile charger adapter

Property is big and clean. It is beachfront. Excellent spread of breakfast. Pool n jacuzzi pool r fun. Food is good. Excellent Cafes n market all around. Walking distance from waterbom. Great experience. The pool was awesome. Room service housekeeping was good. But vegetarian breakfast options are limited.

Bintang has a great location being there in heart of kuta and just beside beach. Great service by the staff. Only problem is poor taste of food especially for indians, food was absolutely tasteless and chef had absolutely no knowledge of making indian foods. It had indian menu everyday but with very poor taste.

Good location. Lot of food and shopping options at walking distance. Beach is very poor and cannot be used. Room was well equipped and pool was nice. Breakfast was not good for indian people.

1. We called up the hotel prior to our arrival and informed them about our arrival time. At that time it was confirmed by the hotel staff that the room will be available on time. However when we reached at the hotel (14:15 Local time), we were informed that the room will be ready after 25-30 minutes. Despite asking the staff in both English and local language (through google translate), she was not able to answer anything about the delay! It was very disappointing and frustrating. 2. When we reached the room after 25 minutes of delay, the room floor was all wet and the bed was not cleaned properly. Tried reaching out to the front desk, the phone in the room was not working. When reached personally to inform about all these problems, we were again given some pre fed answers and room was changed. They informed that the phone lines are down from 3-4 days and this was not informed at the time of checking in! 3. The breakfast spread was good but the quality of food was just about average. 4. All in all, we were expecting a much better experience from this place! Average

Staff is very good to help you out, fantastic property on beach. Rooms are decent. Walking distance to shopping area. Great fun.

Nice hotel, very near to airport, local market, indian food outlets and a lot of cafes. The hotel has very nice pool and beach front. The only problem was with ac in the room. It needs to make the room more cool in this hot weather of bali. Also the breakfast needs more options.
