This is possibly the worst Radisson property I have been to. Parking was terrible, valet was just standing at the entrance and I received no help with luggage they just stood there I carried my own bags. Check in was frustrating as the lady took around 35 minutes for check in and we came to the hotel when it was quiet around 8.30pm and she never explained anything about the hotel such as any facilities or restaurants, the room was okay but the shower made really crazy sounds, the balcony was extremely dirty and dusty as if it was not cleaned for a month, the housekeeping service was terrible as we asked for dental kits and coffee stuff and a spoon we never received the stuff but they insisted they gave it and later realized they gave the wrong room and refused to apologize. Asking for a spoon costed me 10AED and it was a disposable wooden one. Finally at checkout we asked for help with luggage but after waiting 30 minutes we gave up asking and carried our own bags to our car. The valet who brought the car was rude and just threw a bag in without being careful so we ended up doing it ourselves. Worst stay in the UAE please don’t stay at this hotel it was absolutely terrible and a waste of my money.

I had reservations for two rooms at Radisson Hotel Damac Hills, primarily chosen for the availability of interconnecting rooms, as we were traveling with elderly family members and a baby. I called the hotel two days prior to confirm this request, but upon arrival, I was informed that no interconnecting rooms were available. The reception staff, unfortunately, was not welcoming and made me feel belittled when I tried to explain the importance of my request. Despite being promised rooms on the same floor, we had to wait over an hour for the second room to be ready, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I found it surprising that the hotel charges a fee for using dining plates in the room—a first in my experience with hotels. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious, the balcony was lovely, and the buffet was enjoyable. However, the issues at check-in left me disappointed with the overall experience.

Ac needs to have options and not only automatic as i was sweating at night when it was off. Breakfast should have more variety. No body lotion in the toilets. Cost per night should be less especially that desert is around the hotel.

Overall stay is decent. But for commute there is no near by metro station so in case you are traveller and came dubai to explore the city the place is far away from the city and no near by metro or bus is available. Every-time you need to book a cab and go. Apart from this stay food everything is good and up-to the mark
