The location of the hotel is amazing! The room was generally clean when we initially checked in. There was even a pharmacy and a supermarket in close vicinity. 24*7 house keeping is available and a decently equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. Great option of a long stay.

Reception is not welcoming. Buffet breakfast has a very few option, they even started cleaning the breakfast food at exactly 10am even there are still eating. Rooms trash can was not cleaned.

I stayed in deluxe studio room for 3 nights. The experience was average. Good points for hassle free checkin experience, location is exactly in downtown dubai close to redline metro. However the service/ arrangements are not upto the mark. We had to ask for bathrobes, dental kits, hotel footwear, coffee stirrers when all this should have been kept while prepping the room. The cups/ utensils were not freshly provided each day and if they wish customers should wash it at-least provide the soap/scrub. The shower was most disappointing as the hot water took almost 10 minutes to start wasting water which wasn’t informed and the water stream was not evenly spread and started hurting after few minutes. When asked for universal adaptors the service was not responsive and had to collect it from reception after lot of waiting. Drinking water glasses not provided. If induction is provided then give utensils accordingly.

This was probably the worst stay in Dubai out of all the visits in the past decade. Strongly advise to avoid! Except the location, there is hardly any standards followed by the front desk, reception & resturant staff - rude and impolite! (barring one or two house keeping staff) 1. The check in process is disgusting to say the least - you may have to wait for hours together! Although you see so many guests checking out - you will be made to wait for hours. 2. I had to call about a dozen times on the issues in room alloted to me and on the 3rd dau was forced to check out, not to waste the rest of my trip in Dubai. 3. The breakfast options are average - one waiter had the audacity to refuse serving tea on the table, although there were so many staff loitering around. It shows the rudeness is culturally bedded across all staff, right from the front desk to restaurant to aost everybody. 4. The house keeping will refuse to replenish water bottles - although I had booked the room for 3N you get 500ml water bottlenecks and if you call the house keeping - you will repent wasting your time. Hope the management looks into the above issues and brings in some best practices from hospitality industry!
