Excellent Stay

Stayed at First Central Hotel and had a good experience overall. The location is excellent, close to the metro and many restaurants. Rooms were clean and cozy. There was a booking issue from the app's side, and I had to pay again for the extra night, but the hotel staff were helpful and supportive. Hope the booking process improves, but I’d consider staying here again.

As u entered the lobby every thing looked good I got a parking the lobby was nice the staff was polite. They gave me two room as per my booking when I arrived at the room it didn’t look anything like the picture abd was smelling Bad and dirty I asked them to shift us immediately they moved us to other floor which was sane smelling bad We checked in at 11 pm night they kept calling since morning you have to check out I have seen just dirty hotel in dubai
