The room size was quite spacious and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were warm, cooperative, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Jabed from the cleaning staff, who truly impressed us with his dedication and professionalism—his attention to detail and polite demeanor added a personal touch to our stay. The overall ambience of the hotel was welcoming, making it a good value option for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely recommend!

The worst 5 star property in downtown..you will regret after

Family had to wait for over 3 hours to get check in. The reception people told that there is no reservation and no money received. luckily I was in India to talk to call centre team. that day our desert safari trip was ruined and we lost one full evening coz of Mmt. I had transferred payment on 23 Mar 2025. After 21 days I come to Know that booking not confirmed. very bad

It was good but breakfast buffet was not great. Some food was finished and was not refilled. Manager at the restaurant was not welcoming. I would like to thank a receptionist aakansha for her hospitality. She was very helpful and polite.
