I can review this hotel 5 stars for me, the better place I have been

I recommend this place as it is very neat and the receptionists are very friendly and approachable.. I would love to stay at this place again... The room was spacious and comfy to rest.. And mostly it was nearby to the metro and accessible to all Filipino restaurants and other stuff.

Poor Stay

They are very strict for late check out, they even harass and send security in the room. At least give chance to the guest to request a late check out. Mostly hotels are giving this benefits. Also they only provided 1 door key in the room, the AC temperature is not too good. Hopefully they can serve more better for there guest.

Hotel is old but location is good, we have booked the hotel from make my trip, we select city view room and they gave us back view. Bf was not good their restaurant was under renovation and they send bf to our room, with boiled egg, fruits n juice. Safe locker was damaged

Terrible and worst hotel we have ever been

Absolutely terrible experience. We were given 714 which we were not aware that the club door next to us is operational since when we asked for club, they told us the rt 2. 0 in m floor. Starting 12am people keeps opening doors which is however bearable. One time, someone kept knocking on our door for like 20 seconds. At 4am, bar closes and drunk people are rushing to the elevator making huge sounds The bouncer itself kept on shouting these people. We tried to sleep as it is still middle of the night. At 8am we went on reception and was told of why we didn't call them and by that time they can move us. Excuse me? why would you place us on a room next to the club if your hotel wasn't even full occupancy in the first place? and if so that we call, we wouldn't bother to go out of that room with drunk people coming in out and rushing through next to our door! never ever going to comeback on this hotel.

Horrible services they have provided, they did not provide me proper breakfast and lunch.....only in breakfast I got fruits and juice..due to this my mother has suffer lots...never book this hotel..everyone is lying.....they already ask make my trip to cancel but no one taken action neither informed me...don't know why people give horrible services to customers and spoil there trip...worst part is that they did not give us water when we asked.

After i checked in, the receptionist assigned me the room on the 2nd floor, and i went back to the front desk to request higher floor with less noisy. Afterwards, mr dip u gave me higher floor and quiet room including late check out. Thanks again mr dip u and i had a wonder stay in your property.
