Location was good, reception and checkin process was smooth. however, there was seepage in the bathroom above the toilet seat. The ac system keeps making weird sounds sometimes, the worst part was housekeeping, had multiple issues. The housekeeping once washed the used coffee cups in the guest room washroom with just water and decided to keep them back in the room. If the housekeeping can do so in front of guests, I don't trust the hygiene conditions being followed at the back end. Despite our stay with a kid, everyday housekeeping need to be reminded of the towel for all guests. The location, concierge desk and luggage service were best

i travelled on 11 oct 2025 fir 6 nights Honeymoon trip.i think this is the best hotel which one can get in budget. hotel cleanliness is topnotch. union metro station is few steps away. breakfast was excellent. housekeeping was topnotch. i have no complaints no issues. do consider this hotel. location of hotel and hospitality of staff is good.

its very bad experience you know is not like hotel . is like motel we assign room with neighbors with babies its short time how to relax and comportable sleep.? and also the ameneties very poor no toothbrush and towel only 1 and toilet not fully clean it was very bad! not reccomended this hotel

we stayed there for 6 days and it was a great experience. The rooms were neat and clean. The room service was also very prompt. The best part is that the UNION metro station is at 4-5 mins or walking distance. Highly recommended

We had an amazing time at staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and was delicious. The only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking, but it wouldn't stop us from returning. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay!"

It was a wonderful stay at Landmark Grand Hotel. The location is strategic, with close proximity to Union metro station, which is an intersection station for red as well as green line. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. The toiletries were of good quality. All the equipments were working well. One helpful feature was that there were charging sockets for rectangular pins as well as round pins. Only one point where they could've done better was the size of the swimming pool. It's a small pool so that's a bit of a dampener (pun intended!) 😉 All in all, enjoyed my stay and would probably book again.

Landmark Grand Hotel location is 900 mtrs from Al Rigga metro station which is walkable distance

It was an amazing experience. The Landmark Grand Hotel’s location is excellent. Metro station is very close. Supermarkets and festive markets were just next to the Landmark Grand Hotel. It breakfast spread was decent enough. Rooms were big and good. Staff was courteous. Overall a happy stay.
