Good Stay

property is good and amenities are great. It is close to Phuket Carnival. Just 6-8 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious with wooden flooring but needs repair and maintenance at some areas. staff is friendly. Best part is a luxurious pool with bar. Children had a wonderful time with pool slides. Breakfast is good. Overall a nice place to stay with friends and family, 15 minutes drive from Patong beach.

old property, not worth the money paid

Stinking room. Foul odour in washroom. No hot water for 2 days out of 3 days of stay. Very old property, not worth the money spent. Staff was not attentive of the complains, only on 3rd day when i lost my patience they started working on the complains. Location also not great. No market near by

Unprofessional Staff

I have booked the hotel based on its legacy but all I got disappointed. Staff was so unprofessional while serving the buffet they were laughing, smiling and running around. Also, food was not at all at tasty it was average. Yes there were good pointers as well about the Radisson, their reception staff as well as their Indian chef, I think his name was Vinod. They were attentive & cooperative. So kudos for them. If Radission wants to uphold their name and it’s legacy they really needs should to train their employees to be professional.

Rooms were good and spacious. However very poor WiFi. Doesn’t connect inside the bedrooms. Absolutely shocking. Breakfast was average.. pool was under repair for all five days that we stayed!!

Location : walkable distance from Beach Food : Good. items keep repeating in breakfast, everyday. Amenities & Services : WIFI does not work. Service is bad. AC do not work in one of the bed room.

The property is not so good… they don’t have power backup for rooms and we have to stay hours with out power… it was hot and the staff were not concerned about anything.. The food was below average. Would never suggest Radisson to any of my friends and family

Radisson resort and suits Kamala beach Phuket is excellent resort. Great location, Walking distance from Kamala beach, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Has a great swimming pool, kids play area is also superb. Staff was curtious to give us early checkin. Excellent room, specious 1BR. 1st day, there was leakage in our bathroom which the staff fixed in the same day. However staff can be more quick in attending the guests. 1more Drawback is there is no lift.

Do not book radisson kamala ... staff is very poor ... they don’t have lifts in hotel so you have to climb 2-3 floor for your room that was terrible...washrooms are disaster.. I hv been cheated by mmt.. i hd booked the room by seeing pictures of room ..& when I reached there the hotel said that’s mmt has uploaded wrong pictures of room ..

Rooms were not good aa shown in the picture and not appropriate sanitry was there. The toilets were so bad and not cleaned properly. There was strains all over the seat and staff was very impatience in nature.

Radisson was not at all a branded property. The property was not maintained at all. The flow of water in the bathrooms was very less. Also breakfast was very terrible. Birds were eating the food and very poor quality food.

Decent hotel with very practical and large bhk rooms, really liked the swimming pool and vibes around this place, best for visiting with family, only missing thing was jet in the washroom, we stayed in 3 hotels during our time in phuket, all of them had jet in washroom but this property didn’t have
