Drunk staff who overcharge for everything and does not help fix basic needs in the room, only pool was good and nothing else was worth the money.

MMT tie up Issues.

The hotel was fantastic, there was some tie issues with the hotel by MMT so it took me 2 hours to check in. so, MMT gave an upgraded suite room. The staff provided great support. Breakfast was good (most of the hotels shares same menu it seems). Taxis you need every time so, use the internet to find the cheapest option. For Patong beach the hotel desk offers charges.

Worst place to stay. We booked Ocean View Pool villa but we DIDNT get our booked room. Had no View of Ocean from our room. In breakfast they gave us only green veggies. They DIDNT gave complementary water bottles too. Had no curtain in our room. Pool WASNOT clean. They looted us completely

The hotel room was good but the person at check-in was terrible and MMT customer executive and customer service were ridiculous. Please don't book from MMT because if you gave any issue then don't expect customer service from MMT.
