I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was really good — breakfast had a nice variety and everything tasted fresh. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and easy to get around. No lock and half glass door for toilet inside room.

Toilets have no lock and half glass doors which results in bad odour and sound from toilet inside the room, giving unhygienic feel. Basin also outside the toilet. Location is good, 15 min walk to night market. Service is good. Swimming pool shown is in nearby Novotel Phukeetra property not inside ibis. Buffet spread is also limited compared to other similar properties.
