The property is located 10-15 min bus service 34H from Venice Mestre station or 30 min bus service 8E from main land Venice near boat service (pt. Roma). The Novotel Venezia Mestre Castellana staff speaks English and the bar and restaurant has good choices. The rooms are very nice and with option of sofa cum bed , family of 4 can be easily accommodated. Only thing to improve is having drinking water facility since the Novotel Venezia Mestre Castellana water which we buy is very expensive. Other option is to walk 10 min to nearest supermarket (Lidle) and buy necessary items.

Very nice Hotel and helpful staff Lidl store less than 200 metres away Bus to Venice is no 2 from Mestre station Travel tom 45 minutes Take 31 H from opposite Lidl to reach Mestre station About 5 minutes away Note Bus rickets at €1.50 each buy form Hotel or any Tabachi Aingle ticket valid for multiple buses within 75 minutes So travel to Venice via Mestre Station costs only €1.50 for both buses

Novotel was good. The bteakfast was good and receptionists were very helpful. Only small improvements needed are Water to be given every day 1 bottle per head. The lugguage weighing also being charged thats bad. That should be given free

Stay was good. 2 bottles of water were provided. Room service is charged 6 euros even if you just ask for a glass or a plate. Overall a good experience
