I stayed for 4 nights- Room quality was good, cleaning done everyday, location is not very close to mestre train station but accessible by bus. General experience was good but one thing which was disappointing was restaurant staff acting rude when i asked them to reheat my food because expiry date was not mentioned on the packet. I asked them that i can eat a bit and they can reheat the food later. But they didnt agree. Bad for them not able to do as basic thing as reheating the food.

Firstly, since check in time was 2 pm and we were reaching the place in the morning, we had to book an extra day, the previous day. In spite of giving clear written instructions, they made that booking as "no show. We had given instructions multiple times and in different formats for cleaning the room, but they had not done it till we left the facility.

There was emergency situation in Venice when I called to confirm. M if the situation was ok they said yes you can come but I came to know from my friends Venice has declared state of emergency and you should not, I dint ask for refund instead I booked a hotel in Milan and don't go as I don't want to take a risk but the hotel staff who picked my call dint informs about the situation, not expected from a brand like Novotel

The property is located 10-15 min bus service 34H from Venice Mestre station or 30 min bus service 8E from main land Venice near boat service (pt. Roma). The نوفوتيل فينيسيا ميستري كاستيلانا staff speaks English and the bar and restaurant has good choices. The rooms are very nice and with option of sofa cum bed , family of 4 can be easily accommodated. Only thing to improve is having drinking water facility since the نوفوتيل فينيسيا ميستري كاستيلانا water which we buy is very expensive. Other option is to walk 10 min to nearest supermarket (Lidle) and buy necessary items.
