While the rooms and hotel was alright, the staff need to get a little more courteous and warm, but again I understand Chinese people don’t like to be too courteous or warm to other Asian nationals. Some seating arrangement in the waiting area in the main lobby of hotel can be useful. Standing and waiting for Uber was inconvenient.
The view from the room was not good as it was amongst residential tall rise buildings.

It was a decent hotel with good location. Staff was helpful and cordial. It has all the available services like swimming, gym, conference hall. I did not try eating in the hotel but I am sure it had good options.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 5 nights. Hotel's location is excellent. Tin Hau Metro station is just outside the hotel. It was very convenient to travel by MTR. Get a MTR map handy. My check-in was delayed by an hour and felt frustrated initially. There is hardly any Indian taste in their breakfast. Rooms are good and service is OK. Prices are slightly on the higher side against the services they offer. You may find an Indian restaurant nearby (Haveli). Overall it is a decent hotel.
