1st off all as you wnter they have open reception without air conditioning in this hot weather,they have only 1 bell for your luggage if you check in group also as we did. After that room is not as seem as shown in pictures. They are very small as compared to pictures they have shown. The whole wooden floor is sticky and dusty. They give you room slipper but worn by previous customers. Such a niche example of reusable items. They have kettle but of plastic mad also stick and with dirty edges and stinky from inside. Ahhhhh.....this is enough not to book this hotel...

Value for money ...great location,good rooms and accomodative staffs...overall a thumps up if you want value for money

We had a good experience at Grand Sunrise in Da Nang. The staff was very cooperative, specially Helena, Gigi and Bella. They helped us book a day trip to Ba Na Hills and also helped with a scooter rental. The breakfast options available at this hotel are very good. The hotel is very close to eateries, spa, 7-Eleven and the beach.

It was good stay, breakfast options for vegetarian are limited, not properly mentioned on food that will specify veg or non veg, batheroom is not that good as bathtub is too small

Location is great. Close to the beach and a variety of food/spa options nearby - all at walking distance. Food variety in the buffet is decent, and they were kind enough to prepare vegetarian food for us. Things that we didn't like were: - view from the window of the triple room. It looked directly over another building just 10 feet away - so no view. - Room structure. There is a wash basin outside the bathroom, directly in front of another bed. No double beds - but three single beds. - Thin walls. Anything that is spoken outside or in nearby rooms is easily audible. - Checkout process: They told us that a slipper, AC remote, and a tea cup was missing. We had to go up and point all those out in the room ourselves. And these items were not hidden anywhere, just visible in plain sight. Staff was rude at this stage. - We were informing them of our veg options the previous day before breakfast. We forgot to inform the last day, but they didn't check back with us even though they were very aware of this being our last day when we reached there for breakfast.

The location is excellent—peaceful yet close to essentials, with a 24/7 supermarket nearby and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. They also arrange motorcycle rentals if needed, and the Wi-Fi speed is reliable. The rooms have all the basic amenities you’d expect, both in the bedroom and bathroom. Special thanks to the staff—Lyna, Nancy, and Helena—for their great service. All staff were friendly. Keep up the good work!

Overall, the stay was good room was small, but well kept staff was helpful but quite abundant on their rules like after requesting hundred times we were not given early check-in, which is a big problem in all the hotels of veitnam, location is good. Hotel amenities are also good.

The hotel was located in a prime location we have indian restaurants nearby beach and many spa centers. As we entered the hotel we are welcomed with the welcome drink dat was supergood. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were good and super hygienic. Would like to recommend friends and family.
