My stay in New York was nothing short of excellent. The staff were among the most courteous and genuinely helpful people I’ve ever encountered at a front desk — their hospitality really stood out. The room was spotless, and the view from my window felt like I had booked a suite. The real highlight, though, was the top-floor terrace lounge — absolutely stunning WeWork plans and working from there instead. I hosted a couple of client meetings in that space, and it worked out perfectly. Evenings were memorable with fantastic dinners, and the coffee kept me energized throughout my stay. The terrace view at night was breathtaking and made the experience even more special. Overall, this is the perfect business-class hotel. I also noticed quite a few Italian tourists enjoying their time here, which added to the lively vibe. Truly a remarkable stay — thank you for making it so memorable!

Location was awesome, walkable to Grand Central subway. Everything is a 2 minute walk away. They provide free coffee in the 27th floor and free water at all floors. The staff are really helpful and kind. Rooms were big for NY standards. They don’t serve food, the only drawback but not required because of the proximity to restaurants and coffee shops

The hotel is located at the intersection of Lexington Ave and E 45th street. It is just 2 mins from Grand Central station and 10 mins from Times Square. The view from the 27th floor is amazing. We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it.
