I thought my hotel date change request should have been resolved. I had to cancel fully and then do another search all over again. The flight changes, charges and the convenience is excellent. For flights always use mm t unless booking on points. For stays you guys need to go a bit further!

The location in white-chapel makes it very convenient to access many areas in the central london areas via public transport the immediate neighbourhood has lots of options for food and shopping. The alleys behind, leading to the mile end main road, may not feel very safe late in the night but otherwise they were fine during the rest of the day.

The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. There was not a single time i felt dissatisfied. Room was clean and hygienic with all necessary facilities. Bus stop was just opposite the hotel and white-chapel and aldgate east are nearest tube stations.

The location and surroundings of the hotel are quite dirty. Inside the hotel was good but the staff didn't seem to be too enthusiastic about their job. Something very different from my experience in other Holiday Inn hotels. I checked in early after a 12 hour travel and was told very coldly by a staff member on front desk named Shaikhul that no rooms were available for early check-in. While that is understandable, it was unpleasant to See that he did not proactively notify us once the room was available and it was only after repeated reminders that a room could be arranged. On a positive note, room service was very quick and interiors were neat.

Room was clean and hygienic with all necessary facilities. Bus stop was just opposite the هوليداي إن آي رايني اي، آن نو ايتشا بيلب باي آيتش جي and white-chapel and aldgate east are nearest tube stations.
