Was great - great service, good location, gave us a really good room. The gym and other facilities were also great

They provided the room in another building which is not that good. The pictures they are showing on the website is of the main building. Also the front desk staff was rude. The room was also of the lower category and was not the same that we booked.

My stay was plesant, food served was excellent, not much choice for veggies. Location is good. Close to taksim square. Aminities and servieces was all good, given a good rating due to just bad smell in common toilet and tap water, if it was fixed it was excellent.

A good hotel close to ta-skim square. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Hotel has 2 buildings. Rooms in main buildings are better compared to other wing

The service was very bad the 5 stars hotel should have a better service and they were unhelpful at all

They gave us a really bad room when we arrived and after along discussion they accepted to change the room as the room we have booked is different than what they have gave us. And when we asked them why you gave us a lower room than what we have booked they simply answer your room is occupied ! no comment

Good location, very good food and super spacious rooms. Chose the 1300 sq feet duplex room category

A decent hotel close to the main area of taksim. Nice clean rooms, but the size is a bit small if you are traveling with kids. Good breakfast spread. Walkable distance to taksim square, which is the main attraction

Pros: location is very good property ambience is nice food was decent, within breakfast nice veg options but none of indian options room qas also good cons: they have separate building for deluxe rooms which feels a little awkward service is slow level does not match to a proper 5 star property over all comfortable stay

I had booked a room with balcony but when i checked in they said that mm t booked a normal room instead of the one with balcony they insisted that i pay more for the balcony room and they could do nothing. Their system showed normal room when i actually booked a balcony one. An argument happened at 2:30/3 am in the morning relating this when i was checking in after a long flight. After half an hour of argument if when they said that they had a room and they could just allocate.

we was booked for 5 night paid full amount before check in but when we reach to hotel they were asked for 100 dollars deposit..we don't have dollars so my wife insist to deposit 3000 Turkish lari..they reception boy ( turkey ) behaviour was not so good forcing to us pay advance deposit by the time we order food in room daining my Daughter was hungry I wanted to sing the bill because we have deposit but they denied they called us to reception to pay the bill with bad conversation he's keep asking for 100 dollars Anyway the elysium taskim hotel was not 5 star rated hotel it should be 3 star very bad survive..room was not big bathroom very small. room floor carpet was dirty not clean bed mattress was so dirty towel was dirty not clean all mark and spots in the towel hot water was not coming room hot hitter was not working all the hotel provide kids meal free they didn't even allow to take breakfast for my Daughter while she was sleeping I should woke up my baby n feed her in the restaurant as per the elysium hotel staff ..not friendly helpful I wouldn't recommend this hotel very bad experience we have

The hotel had extremely poor service. Basic requests like drinking water needed to be called twice. The staff was extremely non responsive. The ac in our room was making a lot of noise, despite multiple calls no action was taken and we had to stay for three nights in a noisy room. But the staff kept knocking to 'check the minibar' or to 'check if the room cleaning was done properly' but they didn't have the courtesy to check the ac.

The location of elysium taksim, is its usp. It is near taksim square, havabus/havaist bus stand, iskara street. But mind you, there are other properties as well in the same vicinity like ramada by wyndham, nova plaza (has many hotels by same group in the area. So, its upto you, whichever is offering a better discount on the day of booking. Rest there is nothing special about the room, its an average room, comfortable bed, ok room size, electric kettle, fridge etc.

The hotel gave us a big room. It was very spacious and the nice. The hotel was not very clean but the house e keeping services were excellent

The hotel was great and beautiful. Staff was very cooperative and humble. It was at the best location. Loved our honeymoon stay there. Specially the floors separation. Breakfast was delicious. Gym is also well maintained and swimming pool is also clean. I will surely visit the property again if i will ever visit to istanbul.

we booked 7 nights at Hotel Taksim advertised as a 5 star hotel with luxurious room of 325 sq ft - image our surprise on checking in that the room is less than 200 sq ft and in extremely bad state - it seems that the advertised rooms were not in the main tower but In a separate tower called deluxe tower but it was anything but deluxe - more.like a 2 star hotel - so at 7.30 pm we had no option but to shift to the suites tower by paying extra. I made a complaint immediately on 28th April about this situation - I got a reply after 17 days ie on 16th May that the hotel that they are unable to do anything this should serve as a warning to all customers to be careful and double check the information - I for one am.moving my business to Yatra.com

Rooms are very good but only issue is vegetarian food
