Good experience. But need to change their check in time

The overall experience was good. They only allow check in at 3pm not before that which sometimes becomes problematic for tourist travel-ling by morning flights. In this case i had to wait for about 3 hrs sitting on the reception.

Terrible Stay

We chose radisson blue at pera, istanbul because of its location and of course the reputation of the chain. The location was undoubtedly as we expected. When we reached the hotel late at night from the airport, we were shocked to learn that we were to be shifted to a different hotel. The other hotel was inferior in star rating and quite far from the location of my conference venue. The next day after a lot of arguments and persuasion we were called back and given an upgraded room. The incident was reported to the mm t team. The room was satisfactory. However, the quality of the breakfast was very substandard. We had dinner one evening at the hotel. That too was very poor. The service was terrible. Overall, i will never choose radisson to stay in my next trip.

We reached the hotel at 12:30 pm after a long flight from india. The guy at the reception ( was quite rude) wasn't atall accommodating about us. He initially said room would be assigned at 2pm, around 2pm he very conveniently said check in time is 3 pm, so he wouldn't be able to give us a room anytime before that! he said the rooms were vacant but not clean! this was the most ridiculous excuse we had ever heard to keep guests waiting for 2. 5 hours. Shame on radisson! they did not even bother to offer us a glass of water while we waited for 2. 5 hours at their reception! if this is the kind of hospitality radisson offers it's guests, then any 2-3 star hotel should be chosen instead of this one. Also the restaurant doesn't have much food options to choose from. I have given 3 stars because the rooms were decent but that's all they have!

For our first time in turkey, staying at radisson pera istanbul was a treat. The perfect turkish hospitality, with an amazing team. A great stay on the whole

We booked for three nights first but the stay was so great that we extended it for another night. Hotel staff was really courteous. Everyone was very warm. Special mention to yusuf on the front desk really kept us comfortable. Great location, clean rooms and a good breakfast spread. On the whole a wonderful experience will stay here again if i’m back in istanbul !

Nice hotel

Hotel is in prime location but little walk to any facility. Very well furnished and comfortable rooms. They give only 2 bottles of water rest are chargeable and hospitality is not at its best but no inconvenience as such. Amazing spa in hotel.

Complete fraud by the hotel and mm t

After sending in my medical report after breaking my neck to mm t and the hotel, i expected some sort of cooperation from either of the 2. Instead there was not even a partial refund or the option to change the dates of travel. Being a mm t black member, i expected good service from them. Will never book through mm t again

Good location. Not so hospitable staff

When you check in radisson, you expect a certain benchmark of service. Unfortunately radisson per a let us down on many an occasion. The staff was curt for most part, rarely smiled or looked want and made us feel un-welcome if we had an unusual request (like can we order from elsewhere into the hotel since the kids want a certain cuisine. Thankfully it’s location near galata tower and istekal cadessi were saving graces as was the super awesome spa in the basement (where the experience was a complete contrast and warm compared to the reception)

Beautiful and comfortable stay

Close to Galata, Karakoy and Taskim. Rooms are really neat and clean. Very comfortable stay.

A great stay on the whole

We booked for three nights first but the stay was so great that we extended it for another night. Hotel staff was really courteous. Everyone was very warm. Special mention to yusuf on the front desk really kept us comfortable. Great location, clean rooms and a good breakfast spread. On the whole a wonderful experience will stay here again if i’m back in istanbul !

It was a good experience. The staff was very polite and the services were good. The rooms were clean, cleaning staff was prompt, great view from the terrace restaurant. The location was brilliant. Caveat : Breakfast options were limited and repetitive. 2. Swimming pool requires swimming cap, Available to buy but expensive. Get your own.

For our first time in turkey, staying at radisson pera istanbul was a treat. The perfect turkish hospitality, with an amazing team. Sevde yuksel was very kind to cater to all of our travel needs and made the experience extra comfortable. Would definitely return to the beautiful city because of the people we met at this property!

The stay at the راديسون بلو هوتل إسطنبول بيرا was excellent. Location of the راديسون بلو هوتل إسطنبول بيرا was really great. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. A special mention to the front desk manager yusuf he was really courteous and warm and he made us really comfortable. The check in was really smooth.

The overall experience was good. They only allow check in at 3pm not before that which sometimes becomes problematic for tourist travel-ling by morning flights. In this case i had to wait for about 3 hrs sitting on the reception.

Good. Location is convenient near sishane metro and accessible to main roads for bus and taxi. Room service is good.

Yusuf was one of the sweetest and nicest executive i encountered at radisson blu perla. Ensure he gets recognised and rewarded for his kind nature. Balkan was also pretty sweet and helpful too.
