The rooms are extremely small. No views. The breakfast was very good with a beautiful view. The ham-mam offered by the hotel is just namesake. Very helpful reception helpdesk staff. Overall good but the tiny rooms were a bummer.

Excellent hotel and service

The hotel is located at a very close proximity to important place like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar to name a few. 3-5 minutes walk from Tramway Station. What is more important is the hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I had to prepone my check-in by 2 days and they did it for me without any problem as there was availability and did not charge me extra as well. While check out i had a flight to take very early in the morning so they also packed me a breakfast which was very wonderful gesture. The rooms are really awesome for the price. If i visit next time surely this will be the place i will first opt for. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I booked the hotel looking at the pictures they have posted. However, the view is not as it is shown in pictures. The rooms are also small. There is no parking provided by the hotel which is a very problematic issue if you have a car as this hotel is in the middle of a busy street. The hotel provides you paid parking which is paid. The hotel staff does not know English and it is a hard time explaining to them what you want.

The hotel was very good in all respects. The front desk staff were very helpful. We had to change the timings of our flight and they helped us do this. The only thing is that there were not enough tea bags/sugar in the room and the toiletries were not replenished every day

The hotel is very well located with most sight seeing near by. The staff is very courteous. Food quality is good. Rooms are big and well ventilated, clean and many rooms facing Bosphorous sea.

Highlights of Innova besides all the first thing Worth mentioning is customer service to it's best. Excellent service can shall meet u sooner. Caution in case new to Istanbul and if hiring a taxi make sure you take the taxi until the hotel confirm charges with the reception then pay we were mugged by a taxi driver carving us 134 lira as compared to 54 lira to the hotel from Taksim sq.

Location very near to Blue mosque, good breakfast with options, nice customer service with English speaking staff and friendly reception.
Good customer service at the reception. We checked in at 12:30 pm without any hassle. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room size was big enough for 3 adults. Had a small balcony to enjoy the sea view. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was same all the mornings but had enough varieties not to get bored for 3 days. The room was on 4th floor, so no issue of any kind of noise even though the hotel is in a peaceful locality away from the bustling noise of the traffic and people but very near to Sultanahmet square and the blue mosque. Good hotel overall. Loved my stay here.

Good customer service at the reception. We checked in at 12:30 pm without any hassle. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room size was big enough for 3 adults.
