Yes overall i was comfortable at the hotel. However, the hotel can always strive to be better. For example, lighting in the room can be more or else brighter. Room cleaners need to properly sweep and mop the floor each day which i felt was missing at some point. The wash basin i was expecting to be inside a bathroom rather than close to the light-lamp near the bed, as a result i was being extra careful while washing my hands, face. Otherwise the rest of the facilities were nice in the hotel and satisfactory!

During breakfast, staff behaviour was very rude. Since I booked for 5 days non refundable I was not able to move out. Poor amenities in room. No wardrobe, no proper room cleaning and poor washrooms.

Hotel is at very good location. Don't forget to use the bike facility at travel desk. The travel desk is reasonable and charge same as market place. Location is best next to Patong walking street and Phuket biggest mall.

Yes overall i was comfortable at the غو هوتل. However, the غو هوتل can always strive to be better. For example, lighting in the room can be more or else brighter.
