The property and the room are exactly as shown in the pictures. It is not exactly on the Ao Nang Beach but very close to it. The breakfast spread is decent with Continental, Thai, Chinese and Indian options. Both swimming pools are meticulously maintained and offer a truly relaxing experience for the guests. Every member of the staff was warm and welcoming. Housekeeping needs special mention for keeping such a big property in perfect shape. The only con I would like to point out is the need to walk and climb stairs up and down to reach your room. The property is huge and the size adds to its beauty, but after a full day of activities, all the elevators and stairs look a bit tiring. Pro tip: if you want the real experience, please book a panorama room. These rooms offer the best view from the hotel. The location is perfect and there are a 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, Starbucks and other good restaurants just outside the property.

The experience was really fantastic in the resort, clean and hygiene rooms with sea view and jacuzzi in the balcony which was really cleane, excellent infinity pool on the rooftop. Good breakfast though veg options were limited but adequate to fill our stomachs. We enjoyed lots of with fantastic taste of food as well near the rooftop. Staff was welcoming and professional

one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. With unobstructed views of the ocean, this room made for a scenic and peaceful stay. The room was spacious and had all necessary amenitiesthe outdoor bath tub was the cherry-on-the-top.

It was a very good stay … we stayed there for 2 days in the bustling city with easy accessibility of motorcycle 🏍️ in the hotel premises … with spacious rooms and the bell boy in the hotel is very helpful middle aged man … full of knowledge about the city and care taking a perfect family hotel with good view

worst hospitality and service onr can expect from a hotel, the hotel is picturistic that is it, the ac dont work properly the rooms stink, they took 5 hrs to change our room, not worth the money you would spend!

Me and my wife stayed in Avani from 5 May to 9 May. The location is good though not on the beach, however the resort facilities and service were pretty average. We booked a sea view premium room, upon checking in we realised the room was completely damp and soggy even the walls were as wet as a bathroom floor, so our room was changed. However the other room also had a wet and soggy smell. Very poor lighting especially in the bathroom. Housekeeping was also not great - although our beds were made but the small sitting area near the window remained untouched every single day and used glasses were often not replaced. The resort generally lacked a good service. Breakfast was decent but nothing over the top, the Kndian section was particularly bad for those who want Indian food. Reception and staff were very decent and accommodative no complaints there. Most reviews I think are very positive and overhyped for Avani - at this price I am sure there are many other places which would be available in Ao Nang. In this trip I stayed in three places - Banyan Tree in Bang Tao and Marriott Courtyard in Phuket and then came to Avani in Ao Nang to end my holidays - but on an overall basis the resort did not live up to my expectations.

The property was beautiful and good ambeience. My kids enjoyed the food and the place very much. Its a must visit .

Overall experience was superb, the location was great and the hotel staff was super helpful. The breakfast options were many and it was delicious.

The hotel is good. The pool gives you a stunning view. The pool villa is big and the pool is also well maintained. What i found wierd was that there were no bell in the room and staff would often barge in after knocking once or twice. Thre was no chain lock on the door either. The food was average, the buffet seating area was not air conditioned. The staff was great but few in number.

It's an amazing place to stay, the most interesting part is the bath tub in balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Perfectly designed for family and couples.
