Have been traveling very frequently to bangkok stay at many hotels . This time my friend suggested to stay at Ramada the worest hotel ever stay. Wht sad service , rooms pathetic, telephone not working , ac not working, breakfast, will not recommended any to go and stay for free also , Need to upgrade

The staff is very rude. They require money for every things. room service is not provided at all. The full hotel is no smoking zone and for smoking you go outside of the hotel. Their are no any care taker at swimming pool. The receptionist staff is not good at all and they send the luggage with you and not with any person. At reception, no welcome drink provided as written in my booking. Early check in is not provided and ask for one thousand Bhat even before only 30 minutes. very bad experience of this hotel
