The hotel was very good, the only worst thing forgot to mention my name on the booking voucher, due to which I faced a lot of issue, I was not allowed into my room because of this. when I contacted multiple times requesting them to send a voucher with my name on it, they asked me to wait 48 hours. it was the worst nightmarish experience I ever faced. Late at night, tired after flight, I reached hotel and was denied entry due to negligence. very very disappointed.

We had booked a suite. The lighting in the room and specially bathroom is very poor only 1 light in the entire bathroom. The towels had frayed edges with threads showing on all four sides. The pillows were smelling. The facilities in the room are very poor. The bathroom basin tap was fit so wrongly. Every time you open it the water leaks out on the basin platform. Breakfast was very basic. Being vegetarian we had a major issue to find something to eat. In spite of several requests to the chef and reception staff they couldn’t help us with any vegetarian dishes. Only 1 lift was working at all times to go from the ground level to the hotel reception which is on the 9th floor. It’s complicated 1st you go to the 9th floor from the ground floor then take the next lift to go to the room mercure being an international chain you expect much more from the hotel. This spoil t our holiday. The staff attitude was not welcoming at all. Looked like they were not interested. Will never stay in mercure again

Property location is excellent, nearest buts is national stadium that connects to all prime places. Food quality is great. Rooms are average with all basic amenities ( no lock system for washroom) but the view and location from room is superb. Staff is good, polite and helpful.

4. We stayed in two rooms for three nights at mercure hotel siam while visiting bangkok from 26th to 29th october 22. The location is very nice and it's just few meters from the mrt at national stadium. It was useful to travel through bangkok given the bad traffic. The room is nice, a bit small but clean and well maintained. Room service is good and quite prompt. They don't have connecting rooms so it was a little problem but still our stay was comfortable. The breakfast is very good and quite a wide spread. We had some room service meals there and the food is also good with a small but good spread. On the whole our visit was good

Location is unbeatable. One of the best locations in Bangkok near Siam square and MBK mall. Also have 24 hour store just few steps away. Swimming pool on 29 floor is also amazing and worth relaxing on terrace. My 5 year daughter enjoyed a lot and rooms are neat and tidy.

4. We stayed in two rooms for three nights at mercure فندق مركيور، بانكوك سيام siam while visiting bangkok from 26th to 29th october 22. The location is very nice and it's just few meters from the mrt at national stadium. It was useful to travel through bangkok given the bad traffic. The room is nice, a bit small but clean and well maintained. Room service is good and quite prompt. They don't have connecting rooms so it was a little problem but still our stay was comfortable. The breakfast is very good and quite a wide spread. We had some room service meals there and the food is also good with a small but good spread. On the whole our visit was good

The فندق مركيور، بانكوك سيام was very good, the only worst thing forgot to mention my name on the booking voucher, due to which I faced a lot of issue, I was not allowed into my room because of this. when I contacted multiple times requesting them to send a voucher with my name on it, they asked me to wait 48 hours. it was the worst nightmarish experience I ever faced. Late at night, tired after flight, I reached فندق مركيور، بانكوك سيام and was denied entry due to negligence. very very disappointed.

Property location is excellent, nearest buts is national stadium that connects to all prime places. Food quality is great. Rooms are average with all basic amenities ( no lock system for washroom) but the view and location from room is superb. Staff is good, polite and helpful.

Easily located, next to National stadium, clean rooms, good facilities, good fire safety and emergency exits too available, breakfast also fresh and of different varieties available, can order egg omelet/scrambled of your choice. Guest waiting hall is also nice, love the place

Location is unbeatable. One of the best locations in Bangkok near Siam square and MBK mall. Also have 24 hour store just few steps away. Swimming pool on 29 floor is also amazing and worth relaxing on terrace. My 5 year daughter enjoyed a lot and rooms are neat and tidy.
