We are so sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us and as guest satisfaction is our utmost priority, would like to take the time to address some of your concerns. To share, lyf is a coliving brand designed and managed by millennials for millennials and the next generation traveller. It signifies a new way of living and collaborating as a community, connecting guests with fellow travellers and change-makers. At lyf Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok, our social kitchen BOND is meant for all guests, here on both long and short stays with us and comes equipped with induction stoves, cooking utensils, a shared pantry and communal fridges. In addition, we do not provide bottled water as part of our sustainability efforts. Instead, we have kettle and a water pitcher so that guests can boil their own drinking water or get them from the water dispenser conveniently located at the mini pantries on every level. Also, there are phones available at the pantry area which directs to our lyf guards if you require any assistance. At lyf, we encourage you to live your freedom (lyf) and thus, our functional social spaces aim to promote interactions and foster new friendships with fellow residents during their stay. Or, feel free to chat with any one of our friendly lyf Guards to find out more about the lyf perks that you enjoy as a resident! Instead of TVs, we provide high speed WiFi in our rooms and all public areas for our residents to stream their online content seamlessly from their devices. Separately, we would also like to convey our sincere apologies about the noise issues that you encountered during your stay. We have taken it on board and will definitely look into the way we allocate our rooms going forward. Additionally, we will also be providing ear plugs upon request, so that our guests can get meaningful rest. We hope the above paints a better about what lyf is all about and why some things may be a little intentionally different. We understand and respect that every guests had different requirements and will strive to improve our overall stay experience.
