Had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect with easy access to local attractions. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the facilities we needed. Food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was warm and helpful. Highly recommend!

The property is very decent but the food taste is not very good and the options are very few as per the brand status. Needs to improve on food taste and should increase some more options.

If you are in sentosa, w is the place to stay. They have well sized rooms. (we stayed earlier at the village where they have really tiny rooms. Its w, so service is of course outstanding. They even have bose speakers on the ceiling in the rooms so you can connect your music to a stereo. Its not on the main beach, but by the bay in singapore's high end residential area, so you have a view of a lot of private yachts along the bay. There are also a host of restaurants on the walkway along the path

There were not too much amenities according to there prices and the breakfast was also not good the rooms were also okk

W was an amazing hotel and the pool was amazing. We had an comfortable stay and staff was also vey helpful.

The property is awesome. It is easy to get there by any local transport and within the sentosa island the bus pick up comes into the hotel premises which makes moving around easy and quick

Really neat rooms and friendly staff. The proximity of the hotel to the rest of the activities on the island is also good. The breakfast selection is decent as well. Overall very good stay.

W singapore is a wonderful property, offering great fun and a vibrant atmosphere. However, my experience was slightly marred by a slow check-in process. While lunch/dinner was included in the package, there was a delay in the hotel confirming this, leading to incorrect charges. Overall, despite these hiccups, the hotel's ambiance and amenities made for an enjoyable stay.

Fabulous 😍🤩. Everything in Hotel was awesome. Right from the check in to breakfast, dinner etc. Food was awesome. pool was awesome. only thing lacking was the activities for kids. Rest all good.

The staff are very courteous and helpful. Specially the staff handling concierge was extremely helpful. Food was also very tasty. Only point of issue was that very few veg menu was available

Its an absolutely mesmerizing property and the experience matches upto it. Every detail has been worked out, its fresh, quircky, so young and vibrant. Food is great, spa, massage services are brilliant. Locality is premium, great for both business and leisure.

Fantastic! enjoyed a very relaxing time at the W. A very fun pool area and a great breakfast buffet! loved their peanut butter bowl and iced latte. The staff was quite helpful and allowed us a late checkout despite full occupancy.

I had already discussed with vincent about my arrival, free upgrade and breakfast with vincent ignatio before coming as a platinum elite member. But the receptionist had no idea and had to again explain everything. Plus there was no points added to my Marriott bonvoy account. I have booked before also and points were added. Not sure what is with these guys. And the best part, they blocked 400 sgd on my CC inspite of full payment already done. While checking out i confirmed if they unblocked the amount . And yet its nearly 15 days and amount is still blocked on my CC. I had to follow up again today to unblock the amount. Thought property is good, service is no where close to ‘W’ standards

The stay was really nice. Staff was very courteous. Only thing is they should mention vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes in buffet.

Believe it was good hotel at the end of sentosa, super quiet. Nothing bad or nothing extraordinary, just okay
