We stayed from 25th March to 31st March at Somerset Bencolein Road. The stay was awesome , be it check in/ check out, helping staff , cleanliness, rooms quality etc, everything was on bulls eye. We would like to stay once again if we happen to visit Singapore again. Well equipped kitchen helped a lot for us. One suggestion is to have a wall clock in the room.

The stay was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom was suitable for old people as it had lots of rods to hold on. Overall very good experience.

The room service was very good. Clean rooms and big size. Staff was good. Pool was good and connectivity was amazing to local areas. Its a good view and look cay ed in central of Singapore. Happy to be there.

Just OK for staying and exploring Singapore.

The hotel is just sufficient for a stay and exploring Singapore. It is not sufficient for families with kids on holidays. This apartment hotel is mainly concentrated for business travellers. Breakfast is not at all sufficient with regard to varieties or options. The same things almost everyday. Rooms are OK. The location is pretty good. 30 mins walk to the downtown and other tourist spots nearby Bugis. I would not recommend this apartment hotel to families with kids on holidays. Otherwise the stay would be just OK.
