The Property is located in the City area and is travel convenient. The Staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and hygienic, thus being ideal for stay.

Amazing hospitality, great spacious rooms but the only draw back was that the ac wasn't working properly which made few of our nights sleepless

great service. courteous staff. hotel is located at a walkable distance from nearest mrt station and bus stop. Also the add-on benefit is 24 hours food joint just below the hotel. Rooms are spacious with no sound pollution. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean & well maintained. Wash rooms are also clean. Windows facing the swimming pool create a feel-good. Adjoining food courts offer a variety of menus all at resonable prices. Shopping areas are just across the main road. Good location in short. Nothing to really complain about the property. I stayed with my Family.

Rooms are very small in size, rest location and food was okay

The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood with a hawker center right outside. The rooms are big and spacious.

The stay was comfortable but rooms were dark in the night, no proper lights available, also in the washroom the shower height was really low, an adult can't stand under the shower, ac was working fine

The hotel management was not at all welcoming, they were rude, unwelcoming and disrespectful. I was treated in a very bad manner and had to wait for a long time to get the keys to check in.

Bus stop is nearby but mrt station is far from hotel. Hotel doesn’t have pantry so if you are travel-ling with kids it is difficult to boil milk. Staff is also very less. At night there is only 1 person handling whole hotel.

The property's location is well connected to bus stop and mrt station. However there are no options for vegetarian food near the property nor within as hotel does not provide any food

Me my husband and my 10 year old boy stayed at theit double deluxe room with just a king bed very comfortably. The room was quite big and bathfoom yoo was good. But the vest was roland. Roland at the front office is so loving, polite and affectionate. He goes out of his way to help guests. While other front office people didnt even acknowledge our presence. He would stand uo his chair, wish us and always greet us with a wide smile. He also arranged disposable plates for us though there are none at the hotel. He was the best part of our stay. Also for your information the hotel is surtounded by 5 malls within 500 metres area where you can find burger king, kfc, starbucks, etc. But they all close latesg by 10 pm. Also there is a hawkers street where you get malaysian food but that was not liked by us. The bus stop is at 200 metres and the closest mart station is called pay a lobar station and is just 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel has a nice pool to relax and washing machines and dryer for laundry. All in all we had an excellent stay at 81 tristar. Roland made sure we were comfortable.

The whole hotel architecture has nothing to boast about, but has it's simplicity at best, with all necessary amenities and top-notch hospitality like everything is perfectly curated, swimming pool was mediocre but useful. Hotel as an adjoining eatery with all flavor ranging from Thai, Indian or local delight. MRT (metro) is somewhat 1.2 km away while bus stop is just 100 m away. Thus it's a good bet for the price paid with nice size room, which are luxury for area like little India where rooms are like dungeon.

Hotel is good and spacious. Very nice location. Has cheers and 7eleven on the ground floor. Needs some renovation and upkeep work like the toilet door was broken from the bottom and tiles need polishing. Has big spacious rooms when compared to other hotels. Also got a nice swimming pool. There is no kitchen or catering service in the hotel, you need to get food from outside the only negative point.

Room price little high but Very good hotel, rooms were excellent, neat and clean, Receptionist were very humble and friendly. Swimming pool, location, all very good. I would love to visit again in future. Miss you Singapore and miss you hotel Tristar and team.
