The hotel is very poorly designed wherein the rooms have to be accessed through parking lots and are located quite far away from the reception and no porter services are provided for the luggage. We had booked a room with Lake view but were given the last room where the construction blocked the entire view. The rooms were not even big enough to accommodate two suitcases. Will not advice anyone to stay here. There are far better properties in Oaks Shores Queenstown at this price.

Wonderful place right at the lake

I enjoyed staying a little outside of busy Queenstown. The hotel provides a shuttle to the center but you can also walk (45 min) and enjoy the beautiful views. The room was spacious and clean (even if not brand new anymore) and I had a little balcony with view to the lake, which I appreciated a lot. The staff was friendly and helping in any kind of way! Would definitely recommend it.

Hotel was good. But there was renovation going on at time of our stay. So we couldn't had Lake and mountain view at all from our room. In such case hotel must inform traveller while booking.

Good location ... WiFi is very limited

Good location & room ... I didn't taste the food. But the WiFi they provide is just for half an hour for the whole day. When we pay a lot for a day they can atleast provide unlimited WiFi, which is provided in all the other hotels that I had stayed for.

The property has excellent view with 5 star facilities. The lake view apartments are very good. It is just 5 minutes drive from city center. The kitchen facilities are good. The decoration of apartment is excellent.
