Worst experience ever

The hotel is in a terrible condition. There is no proper approach road from the station. They don't switch on the AC in the room. I stayed here with my family for 3 nights. The people at the reception said they would switch on AC at 5pm, some said 7pm and then another staff said they don't switch on the AC in spring. Suffered from heat and so many insects when we opened window. The flush in the washroom was not working as well. The maintenance guy worked on it twice during my duration of 3 nights. This was just not expected from Novotel. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this kind of experience.

Marvellous .will like to go again Here's a sample review for your Novotel Roma Est stay: "I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Roma Est, and I must say that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel's modern design and clean lines made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to public transportation and many of Rome's main attractions within easy reach. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's breakfast spread, which offered a wide range of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, I would highly recommend the Novotel Roma Est to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome. Five stars, without doubts

Tooo far from habitation

The place was so much secluded and too far from any market, airport and train station. One metro station that is claimed to be near it has so secluded way that it is dangerous to walk on it after 6 pm. And even that is around 1 km so no chance you can go with luggage. Hiring taxi from airport cost me 100 euro. Every-time you have to go somewhere you have to spend 30 euro to reach train station first. Besides hotel didnot tell all the taxes and when we reach there they charged 24 euro extra apart from 100% payment that was already made through mmt. Italian food also wasnt worth its salt, as there was too much salt in the pasta! no room service(u will be charged 6 euro extra for room service. Overall it was a very bad stay

Terrible experience

Very faraway to city centre traveling, breakfast is horrible, room and elevator stinks a lot, air conditioner doesn't work, literally we can't find a transport after 10 pm so we should sacrifice our night life if you decide to stay in this hotel

Deserted hotel

Location was far away from any and everything. Food was stale pizza was all I had.
The hotel is located in a deserted area, far from anything and everything. The AC doesn’t work at all. Definitely not for tourists. Even if you have your own rented vehicle, the road to the hotel is hideous. Not much staff in the hotel, basically a scary place to be in.
