The service was top-notch – attentive, friendly, and anticipatory. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring. Location is a bit away as compared to other properties. Food was very good. Rooms were very spacious and we booked a pool view room. They have an excellent swimming pool with bar. Staff was very nice and courteous. Check inn and check out was very smooth.

Our rooms indeed are among the largest in the area of Nusa Dua, starting with 62m2 and fully equipped with all necessary amenities for comfortable stay. You made a great choice booking a Pool View! We are glad to hear that you liked the food and the front office operation was very smooth (how is supposed to be)...but most importantly we appreciate your great feedback about our amazing staff and the service we are able to deliver. As you mentioned, we are in a more quiet and relaxed area of the peninsula of Tanjung Benoa. Yet at very close proximity (10 minutes) from the main attractions of Nusa Dua as well as to the airport (25 minutes). We thank you for your review and we hope to see you back soon!

Whilst check-in was good and the property is nice but the service related to house keeping needs improvement. There was no cutlery in the room to drink a simple tea and the guy who delivered the cutlery said that there is no spoon and please call room dining. Basic checks need to be done before a guest checks in.
