It was a decent stay

It was a nice The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak but not a luxurious one. When we arrived at the The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak lobby, we were greeted with a nice welcome drink. Then we were given keys of the room and we went there to relax. The room was spacious enough but still there was no other furniture except the bed. Just a chair in the corner but no other sofa or stool. Room was dust which showed that it was not very well maintained for which i raised a complaint & the staff was immediately sent for cleaning. Also, the hair dryer was mentioned in the details but was not there for which i had to ask the The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak staff. There was a nice balcony outside the room, a small fridge, a coffee station but with some local type of coffee & sugar etc. 2 things that i didn't like at all. Firstly, we were told that only 2 water bottles were kept in the room (maybe 250 or 300 ml each bottle) and there was an extra charge on every bottle ordered next time. (no where else in bali, this rule was applicable. Secondly, there were no vegetarian food options available for breakfast except salad & fruits. Being an indian & of course from punjab, our main priority always is good food but that was a big flaw. So overall, it was fine but not great.

It was a lovely experience in the The Capital Hotel and Resort Seminyak . Staff, room, food, location all were conducive. Special mention to the cooperating staff and lovely english breakfast and final booking to airport on the way back. They also did a thorough check of belongings after handing over the key which means they care for customers

We had a decent stay. Room was clean, room service was good. Checked in very smoothly. Staff was nice.

Overall stay experience was very comfortable. The ambience is nice. Swimming pool is clean and accessible. Room was very neat.
