The location of the hotel is fantastic. The deluxe room size was fabulous and the staff is extremely respectful and polite. Rama restaurant break fast spread was extensive, however they can make their menu more inclusive for vegetarians. The options can be more elaborate.

A great find on the beach

The hotel has a great location and is situated in the heart of seminyak. The restaurant opens up to the beach view and the swimming pool gives a wonderful feeling of infinity. The rooms are were appointed and have all amenities. It is however evident that the corridors need a little working upon and have not been brought up to the over all standard of the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful

At first my reception was itself terrible. They asked for my credit card details at checking in. And when i denied for it they demanded a lot of cash ( around 3 million indonesian rupiah. And this deposit was in case i don't pay for my food or other bills. Seriously. I haven't faced this anywhere before. And the room was small with a big glass slider opening towards an open area. Which i didn't assume much safer. Rest everything was good. Food was good. Location just beside the beach

Location of the property is great, right on the beach. Buffet timings in breakfast ends at 10 in the morning, it should be extended. Again not much variety in the breakfast menu.

Food was worst and in breakfast same menu every day not a single change. Rest everything was ok. Poolside bar is the best and Beach view from pool and restaurant was wonderful.

The location was amazing right on the Beach and within 15 minutes of main Seminyak market. Room was a little basic not a luxury stay, but clean and affordable. Pool is lovely.

If you think you are going to stay on the beach there is no view from the rooms the only beach view one can get at the time of breakfast that seems to be million dollars view but much better view when you come out of hotel because from hotel there is fair bit hurdles to the view and food quality of the breakfast is just edible the other biggest turn off for us at the hotel was that terms and conditions were explained to us upon check in. One of the condition was that no taxi will be allowed to come in the hotel for pick up. Another irritating and embarrassing moment was that your tip will be returned by the porter if he thinks that tip is not enough
Too far have to walk to get out of the hotel from the room overall nothing special.
