Excellent Stay

The location of Novotel is the biggest advantage, which is just 2 minutes walking from the airport with direct access to the airport. While the room has basic facilities, the breakfast has a lot to offer including Western breakfast along with Indian, sushi, etc.

Hotel was ok ok. Room was clean however the size of water bottles was quite small. Basic utilities can be improved. Location of hotel was great. Walking distance from international airport

Basic hotel and average stay.

The hotel is big but the rooms are basic. It's an airport hotel with clean rooms and soap and dental kit in the bathroom. Good for one night stay. You have to carry your own luggage to the rooms and the hotel does not have a clear direction marker on the airport for easy access. Since our flight landed at midnight, we had to ask three different security staff to know the directions to the hotel. Breakfast spread was good but not many options to suit indian taste.

The hotel is very good in all except food. There was no provision of vegetarian food. Vegetarian rice noodles is with eggs and vegetables fried rice is with chicken. But staff made separate vegetarian food for us but it took 40 minutes.

Stay was great. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful

Stay was very short but great. Our flight was delayed, so reached the hotel at 3:00 am only. But the staff was very courteous and helpful. They were generous with the welcome tea and snacks. My luggage had reached the room even before I finished my tea. Breakfast was ok but the serving staff seemed to be in undue hurry. All in all, it was a great experience.
