I can say staff behavior was good hotel but you book hotel/villa for services not behavior. Ac was not working so end up using fan. Checked in another replacement room and same condition was there in that room. Private pool light was not working and reptiles presence near the pool. On top of that they replied with lame excuse that next day they sent technician to check the fan and ac which they never did, please avoid going to any hotel/Villa in Bali if you see single complaint.

The experience was very bad

The experience was bad due to multiple reasons, firstly the service was bad and there was no one ben to help with the luggage and secondly the behaviour and the attitude of the staffs were rude. The food was bad and not expected from a Villa. There was no door bell in the room and we couldn't even understand if someone is banging the door. Lastly the room was filled with insects.

Location was good, decently located from Kuta beach, Seminyak beach and market, double six beach, was right on the road, so not very private but we didn't face any issues with privacy but somebody could.

Not that good stay since many basic amenities were missing like kitchen was there and only 1 utensil was there, we had to clean it every time, we had to make something plus there was no washing accessories were there like washing soap and scrubber we had to ask them. AC created some problem though got rectified late night at 11 pm.

The water was not good it was sticky, gas was leaking, water was leaking from tap but on complaining they made everything alright. Only problem was the water was not good as it was in mu previous stay

Near drainage (not mention anywhere). Booking breakfast via app was a bad option, as there is no variety of option to choose from. Window just above the shower, so can be a privacy issue. Bad WiFi with poor range. Not recommended.

For couple nice place to stay. The private pool was neat and clean. Overall we had best experience. The only problem was with the time system. They don't give you the Key even 10 minute earlier of check in time.
