The hotel is pathetic. Dont know why and who has given it 4 star. No cleanliness no hygiene. The pool and other common walls are full with moss and its amid-st the jungle making you feel unsafe and scary specially during night. Its so indie that at times you wont find a grab/gojek to travel out as there would be none newer you to pick you up. Please dont opt for breakfast here as they would charge you good amount here but would only give you 2 options to choose from and you can choose only 1 dish per person per day. The pwner is not at all cooperative and the staffs hardly understand english. We were the only ones who were staying there as none other guests booked it. Even we accidentally booed it as we missed our ferry to gili. Pp-ease dont book this hotel.

Don't book this by seeing pictures. These are old pics. Its disappointing to see that you expect a 4 star hotel but eh-at you get is a hotel with 4 or 5 staff members and a less clean restaurant with pool. Rooms were ok but i her-ad from other travelers of having insects in there room. Not a 4 start so please don't book it. A couple of foreign traveler checked out same day because of this.

Alam sembuwuk resort was ok ok. Ac remote was not working. The pool was dirty. And morning breakfast was also not that great. Some fix items only and not unlimited.

Booked this property because it had good reviews and was very budget friendly. But nothing about the property is good apart from its helpful and friendly staff. The bedding is horrible, stained and dirty; the 3 lights in the room are dull and not sufficient, the walls are worn down, ceiling is moldy and there is a smell in the rooms. We changed our room as the first one was much worse than the next one they offered us. Overall it’s not worth the money and i wouldn’t go bette again.

This resort is located in the outskirts of ubud. There are no local shops or shopping marts outside the property. It’s a secluded place with no one around. Moving onto breakfast, have fixed menu of 4 items. Rooms are super duper unhygienic and have ants and lizards and big spiders all over. No matter how many times you clean them. Reception closes at 9 and then there is no response even if you need a glass of water. Poor hospitality and very risky to stay. I had to leave the property after spending one night in their resort wherein my booking was for 5 days. But on a personal note this property photos are not true. What you see is a myth. Kindly book at your own risk.

The hotel is good. However the staff is quite laid back. Since the hotel is far from market, you won’t get any services after 9. 30pm. The phone in the room didn’t work. Of the nights we stayed, we didn’t have water in bathroom and toilet the entire night, there was no one at the reception to tell this to. Location is 4/5, food is 4/5, amenities is 3/5 and service is 1/5

It was all rusty, mold covered but that's understandable as its tropical area but even spider n cob webs visibly present were not bothered to be cleaned. Resort is not maintained well. But staff were very kind and helpful

It is 4 km from ubud center but rod is good except 2 hairbend. Mountain top so clean and fresh air. Hoteliers arranged rental bike with reasonable price so easy to go monkey forest, paddy terrace steps view

The property is not a 4 star property as of now (Sept 2022). Location of property is fine but the facilities what we expect of a 4 star is not there. Poor room lighting, bad odour in room due to excess rain maybe, no standard toiletries except some un named soap solution. Very limited staff and staff not able to communicate in English, for every thing you ask they will simply say Sorry...It is just good for a low budget resort. Dont expect any facilities there except hot water.
