We had the worst 5 star experience of our life spread over 25 years. Our room was half the size of what we expected because the structural pillar was right in our room taking the entire space. The phone and safe deposit boxes were not working and only one bottle of complimentary water was provided. Coffee and tea provision was there but not supplied. Breakfast area had more people than a railway platform and the lifts didn’t work as they were switching to a new system. The staff was rude and impolite. Terrible experience. Avoid this hotel in Tbilisi

5 stars – excellent stay at pullman tbilisi axis towers i had an amazing stay at pullman tbilisi axis towers. from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. we were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to an executive suite, which made our experience even more memorable. the suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the city. the amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail in the room was impressive. the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent, and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. overall, it was a luxurious and comfortable stay. i highly recommend pullman tbilisi axis towers to anyone visiting the city. looking forward to staying here again!

So we decided to stay at pullman tbilisi which is located at axis towers. I think it was a good decision as it’s newly built property. You will find a supermarket next door and loads of breakfast options in-case you don’t want to opt for breakfast option from your hotel. Rooms were fantastic. We were on the 32nd floor & view from our room was amazing. They have a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi & sauna. So you can very much relax in your hotel in-case you don’t feel like going out you won’t be troubled for your currency exchange as that is also available just outside the property overall a good place to stay
